Disco had a close connection to the Moon before the Cavittos were banished from Olympus, so that plus the story that inspired my idea of him in the song lyrics, plus his name (Man In The Moon)...all somehow summed up in my brain to this picture. While I was painting I got a bit discouraged but I knew I had really loved the idea when I first thought of it so I kept to it. I'm so glad I did! This has turned out to be one of my favourite paintings. Also you can blame Camyza for inspiring me with the idea of forever-tails. #Teamforevertails

Anyways can I just say that I absolutely adore this boy? I never thought I'd fall so much in love with a natural design but I can't help myself, he is gorgeous.
